Q:   I need a banner tomorrow for a booth ?

A:     We guarantee next day service on Econo Banners and Econo posters. We can put a support leg on the back of the poster so it will stand up on your display table i your booth.

Q:     How are signs priced?

A:     Our Prices are based on the square footage of material used and  the amount of words. The layout fee is waved if you provide a useable art file in a .AI .CDL .CDR .EPS WMF. If you want a photo reproduced ..send us a TIF or JPEG in the highest quality DPI (dot per inch) you can get.

Q:      Can I apply the letters myself?

A:      We will give you a tool and show you how. The letters come pre-spaced and pre-aligned on transfer tape.  We will give you instructions, temperature requirements and a squeegee to make sure the job goes smoothly.

Q:      How long do the letters last outside? 

A:     Intermediate vinyl is used for short term use , approx. 18 to 36 months.  High performance vinyl is used on exterior application or anything that has to take abuse or weather.  It lasts for 7 to 10 years, or longer depending on the exposure to the sun.  Specialty films and foils such as mirror, chrome and gold leaf have a 3 month exterior life.  Florescent colors fade after about 6 months.

Q:      I am starting a new business & want to keep my start up costs low, what kind of sign should I buy ?

A:      We suggest you keep the word quantity to a minimum.  Your name, what you do, and your phone number and/or location.  Order signs in standard sheet sizes and colors.  Remember to include sign costs as part of your advertising budget.

Q:      We have a new business and need a logo? Where do we go ?

A:     A1 Sign Center has a professional graphic designer who will design a logo for your business. After your inital consulation, you will receive three logo ideas to choose from. The logos are then finalized to your satisfaction. Your new design will be provided on disk in what ever file formats you need. Give this CD to the newspaper ad salesman, the menu printer or the t-shirt guy. We require a $100 deposit to begin design work and the cost is 36. per hour. Designs average $150.

Q:     I need to know what file formats to e-mail to you for my sign layout ?

A:    The layout fee is waved if a .AI, CDL, .CDR .WMF .EPS  or .PDF is submitted.

Q:     Is there a set-up charge ?

A:    The set-up fee is waved if a simple sketch or a simple computer layout is submitted. Wordy and/ or complex layouts or designs containing pictorials or clip art are quoted on a per job basis.

Q:      My logo is on a t-shirt.  Can you use it?

A:     It will need to be scanned into the computer for a $15. scan fee.  If the logo needs to be cleaned up after scanning you will be notified first.  We can clean up poor quality artwork at $35. per hour.

Q:      My truck is at the body shop.  Can you letter it there?

A:     Yes, we make the letters up at our shop and will apply them at your site.  There is a trip fee that

would apply and the hourly charge is higher.  We have a heated truck bay where we can apply letters to standard size vehicles.  (We have a 10' overhead door.

Q:      Where are you located? I would rather have you put the decals on for me?

A:    We are located in Northwest Ohio.  In Delta, 15 minutes from Toledo Express Airport in Fulton County.
